Note.now started with a simple frustration: every accounting software on the market was either too expensive, too complicated, or too basic. Business owners were paying hundreds of dollars a month for tools they barely used - or worse, still doing their books in spreadsheets because the alternative was too intimidating.

We set out to build something different. A platform with the full accounting power that a professional accountant needs - double-entry general ledger, bank reconciliation, VAT and tax reporting, project-level P&L - but wrapped in an interface that a business owner can navigate without training.
